Our mission is to advance an understanding of the objective and capabilities of the San Andreas 9-1-1 Emergency Response System in order to enhance operations, and provide effective and efficient service to the people of our city and members of our Department.
Our goal is to provide the public with competent, timely and effective emergency and non-emergency, public safety communications services through a consolidated system for dispatch of law enforcement, fire, medical assistance and other public safety service agencies.
The San Andreas Emergency Communications Center prides itself in obtaining national recognition with accrediting agencies. This was done through the SAECOMMS Board of Commissioners. These accreditation’s provide a mechanism to measure the 9-1-1 center and its performance. Ultimately the goal of the 9-1-1 center is to provide the best service to the citizens and responders we serve in San Andreas.
